-1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
-1 very ripe banana
-1/2 cup pitted dates
-3/4 cup oats
-¼ cup ground flax seed or flax meal
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
-1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
-1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1) Combine all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor and process until it forms a paste, adding more oats if the mixture is too soft.
2) Stir in the chips.
