These sweet bites are PERFECT for your drive-by fridge perusal. You know what I’m talking about? When you need a quick boost of energy and you head to the refrigerator for something to pop in your mouth.
-1/3 cup cashew butter
-1/4 cup coconut oil melted or softened
-15-20 drops vanilla stevia to taste
-Dash of pink salt
-1/2 Tbs vanilla
1) Mix all ingredients together and whisk smooth.
2) Pour into 8 silicone molds, or mini parchment wrappers, or a small baking dish lined with parchment (for easy removal)
