Get your greens with this tasty sweet and savory tropical smoothie bowl!
-1 small banana
-1/2 avocado, pitted, peeled
-1/2 cup chopped fresh kale
-1/4 cup chopped fresh pineapple
-1 greek yogurt
-1/4 cup almond milk
-1 teaspoon unsweetened coconut flakes
-1/2 teaspoon chia seed
1) In blender, place half of the banana, the avocado half, kale, pineapple, yogurt and almond milk. Cover; blend on high speed 30 seconds to 1 minute or until smooth.
2) Top bowl with sliced banana, coconut flakes and chia seed just before serving. #TheRightFitFormula
