Healthy Soda

This Healthy Soda recipe will help curve your sweet tooth and cravings for regular soda!

  • 1⁄4 c. fruit (pineapple, melons, berries, etc.)
  • 10 oz. seltzer water

Muddle fruit in small cup. Pour fruit into seltzer water; add sprig of mint if desired. Yummy and good for you!
