These Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes are healthy and nutritious! I had so much fun creating this recipe with my fantastic chef Micko
-1 large banana
-2 whole eggs or egg whites
-2 tbsp. almond milk
-1⁄3 c. almond flour
-3 tbps. chocolate protein powder or fresh cacao powder
-1⁄8 tsp. baking powder1⁄4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1.Add all the ingredients (wet first, then dry) to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth and the consistency of pancake batter. Heat a large skillet to medium heat.
2. Spray with cooking spray. Add batter to the pan. Cook each side of the pancake 1–2 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit and 3 tbsp. maple syrup.
